Finca La Negrita Farm is owned by Mauricio Shattah. Mauricio is a retired heart surgeon, whose love for coffee, combined with his background and education has made him one of the most respected producers in the world. His farm is like a laboratory. Mauricio is meticulous and precise in every detail of his processes. This attention to detail helps him to produce some of the most amazing coffees in the world.
Guests will taste and learn all about the growing practices of three award-winning varietals of coffee crafted by Mauricio.
