There’s a major mental health bill moving through the New Jersey state legislature, and we need your help to make sure it passes. If it passes, New Jersey will join 17 other states who have already passed this major legislation.

A3334/S2416 will require Medicaid to reimburse schools for behavioral health services provided for eligible students, greatly expanding access for students in need.

This bill was Introduced in the Assembly by Majority Leader Louis Greenwald and jointly authored by Assemblywoman Angelica Jimenez and Assemblyman Reginald Atkins. It was introduced in the Senate by Senator Vin Gopal and already has momentum. To keep it moving, we need to rally support around this bill.
