We have accomplished a lot over the last 45 years but you and I both know the work is not finished. Millions of people are impacted by mental illness each year. In fact, 1 in 5 will experience a mental health condition at some point in their lifetime. Our community is no different, and it takes a village to adequately provide support for those on the road to recovery.

We continue to work to provide critical support services for individuals living with mental health conditions, their families, and their friends. To provide stigma reducing and skill building education programs, and toadvocate for more accessible and effective mental health services.
