Peter, what do the holidays mean to you?

Peter,

While the holidays are meant to be a time of joy and relaxation, we realize that for many, the holidays bring about feelings of loneliness, anxiety, and stress. This time of year can make the impact of mental health conditions worse, with 3 in 5 Americans saying the holidays negatively impact their mental health.

Supporting NAMI Northern Virginia around the holidays means ensuring people in our community who are struggling have somewhere to turn to this holiday season. Where they can find comfort from those with similar experiences and have their hope restored.

From all of us at NAMI Northern Virginia and those impacted by mental health conditions who we are able to provide support, education, advocacy, and hope for…

Thank You and Happy Holidays!
