Good morning RJ,
Pinal County will not be hand-counting ballots after the November election. The Board of Supervisors, during its meeting on Wednesday, rejected a request from Supervisor Kevin Cavanaugh to do so. What made the board decide against the proposal?
Also, an organization that a judge barred from taking pictures or video of people dropping off their early ballots has ended its appeal to the temporary restraining order. However, early voters may still see members of the group monitoring ballot drop boxes around the state. See why the judge allowed them to continue watching voters.
And yikes! A locksmith allegedly pulled a gun on two people after he was told his services were no longer needed. A woman told police she called the locksmith after being locked out of her car. After finding a cheaper alternative, she said she called the locksmith and canceled the service, but the man showed up anyway. |
