I encourage you to take the next minute or two and ask yourself…
“What is my why? Why did I start working on my health & fitness in the first place?”
Because I think what gets forgotten or maybe even lost in our routine a lot of times as we put in the work, day after day … is the reason WHY we’re doing this.
And if we don’t have a clear reason for spending all of the time, energy, and effort working on ourselves … it makes it so much harder to stick with it.
