We’re proud to report that The New York Sun is roaring back!
Since relaunching, we’ve received incredible support from Sun readers, new and old, and we’ve welcomed several new members to our growing team of talented journalists — all under the guidance of our distinguished leadership.
Seth Lipsky Editor in Chief Seth Lipsky has been at the helm of the Sun since 2002. He has five decades of experience in some of our nation’s most storied publications. Under his leadership, the Sun has been called “one of the most influential of American newspapers.”
Caroline Vik Associate Editor Caroline Vik previously served as a Pentagon aide and wrote speeches for the National Security Council. She was also a policy analyst for the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
A.R. Hoffman Columnist and writer A.R. Hoffman joined the Sun for our relaunch in the role of Staff Reporter and Assistant Editor. He is a graduate of Harvard University and Stanford University.
Peter Gordon Peter Gordon has written over 100 crosswords for the New York Times and previously edited crosswords for the Sun from 2002-2008. His work has been described by fans as “the best in the country.”
Through the years, our principles have remained constant, and, in fact, have never been in greater demand. Our new methods of delivery, via a twice daily email and all major social media platforms, allow us to reach a wider audience than ever before.
Please join our movement with a Sun membership. There are three tiers on offer: Sun Reader, Sun Member, and Sun Founder, each providing a unique degree of access.
