As we mentioned, we are excited to introduce ForeTees as our new Tee Sheet and Court Reservation System for Encanterra. As of October 1st, ForeTees will be available to use for all Member reservations. Members will be able to log into the system starting September 25th. More details on Golf and Pickleball reservations will follow in a future email. Chelsea will be turned off on Friday, September 30th.
For Golf Members, October 1st and 2nd Tee Sheets will be transferred into ForeTees from Chelsea Request. All future requests and sign ups will happen for October 29th, once we open after overseed.
For Pickleball, Members will be able to log in on Sunday, September 25th and begin making reservations for Saturday, October 1st. This will include league, open, and social play.
The Sports Shop will be hosting a training seminar during the overseed closure. Please keep an eye out for that communication over the next week.
You have two options for using the new system: the ForeTees (Club Central) Appor the ForeTees Website. More information will come next week on how to log in.

As one final reminder, for both Golf and Racquet Sport reservations, each system will have its own set of policies and rules. That will be sent out on Sunday, September 25th to provide more detail to each type of registration option.
