Good morning RJ,
Grab a cup of coffee and hang on. It’s shaping up to be a busy week. First on the list, the Casa Grande Council will consider selling 120 acres of land to a developer at tonight’s meeting. Read more on what that could mean for the community.
Speaking of new developments, Maricopa City Council approved an agreement with South Maricopa Fire Association to provide fire protection services to unincorporated areas south of the city. Developers requested the agreement so they could start construction in the area.
And mark your calendars! Kramer Media (that’s us) will be hosting a virtual forum on Thursday. The forum will feature the candidates in Congressional District 6. The district includes southern Pinal County and Casa Grande south of Cottonwood Lane and Palm Parke Boulevard. The event will be livestreamed on the Casa Grande Dispatch Facebook page. |
