Louisiana is less than eight weeks away from one of the most critical elections of our lifetimes, and we can’t afford to make the wrong choice.
In one corner, we have incumbent Senator John Neely Kennedy. You may recognize him as the only Senator on the ballot this year who voted to overturn the election the day our democracy faced an attempted coup. And a total buffoon willing to say anything to rile up Trump’s base and get himself a nice sound bite.
In the other corner, we have Senate candidate Luke Mixon. He’s a veteran fighter pilot, Naval Academy and TOPGUN graduate, and a Democrat with the heart of a lion who is running against Kennedy.
I know what it takes for a guy like Luke to win — trust me. I’ve been doing this for decades.
So hear me: Luke CAN win this race but only if he has a grassroots team strong enough to take on Sen. Kennedy and his pal McConnell’s massive war chest.
Louisianans want somebody they can relate to, who aligns with our values and represents ALL Louisianans — like Governor John Bel Edwards. Luke has the electability to bring home the win.
