It’s no surprise that Republicans lied when they said that abortion access should be determined by states following the fall of Roe. Yesterday, Senator Lindsey Graham introduced a dangerous nationwide abortion ban. They’re waging a war on women’s rights and Americans’ rights.
We’ve known for a very, very long time that Republicans don’t actually care about the health and safety of Americans. If that was true, they would support common sense gun restrictions and expanding access to affordable health care. Republican politicians’ insistence on attacking access to reproductive health care is about something far more sinister. It’s about control.
We need to act now to stop anti-abortion Republican AGs and candidates. By investing in targeted outreach and digital advertising, we can reach swing voters in states like Wisconsin, Michigan, and Nevada to reelect pro-reproductive rights Dem AGs who will fight back against these attacks and defend the right to access abortion care in these critical states.
In battleground states like Texas, Georgia, Arizona, and Kansas, our Dem AG candidates are running to protect reproductive rights – and they’re all within the margin of error in the final two months until Election Day. We need your support to win these races and protect reproductive rights.
Democratic AGs truly are “The People’s Lawyers” and DAGA is the only party committee devoted to electing more of them. Since 2016, we’ve won two-thirds of our targeted races, and with more than 30 AG seats up for grabs in 2022, we need your support – will you chip in today?
