If the recent Dobbs ruling taught us anything, it’s that we can’t count on this Supreme Court to protect our rights, like access to abortion. That’s why at DAGA, we’re working hard to elect AGs who take action and protect Americans’ access to the reproductive healthcare they deserve. Take a look at the action Dem AGs in the wake of the Dobbs decision:
AG Tish James and AG Kathy Jennings have launched abortion hotlines to provide resources to patients looking for information on their rights.
AG Josh Kaul filed a lawsuit challenging Wisconsin’s centuries-old abortion ban.
AG Dana Nessel is refusing to enforce Michigan’s abortion ban and is a leading voice for MI’s ballot initaive to enshrine abortion rights in the state constitution.
It’s been great to meet you and I can’t wait to hit the ground running in September and October!
Talk to you soon,
Peter

Democratic AGs truly are “The People’s Lawyers” and DAGA is the only party committee devoted to electing more of them. Since 2016, we’ve won two-thirds of our targeted races, and with more than 30 AG seats up for grabs in 2022, we need your support – will you chip in today?
