Luke Mixon for US Senate

Folks, I’m retired Lt. Col. Brian Bengs – the official Democratic Nominee running to unseat Mitch McConnell’s hand-picked successor, Senator John Thune.

I’m a large man with big and bold ideas.

But really, I’m just a small-town guy from a working-class, union family.

For a family like mine, going to college wasn’t in the budget, so I enlisted in the Navy.

Two years of active duty changed me for the better, and the GI Bill gave me the financial opportunity to attend college and law school.

After law school, I joined the Air Force, thinking I’d do four years and get out for a civilian career, but I ended up sticking around for 19 years instead.

I spent most of my life in the Armed Forces defending our democracy. Now I’m running for the U.S. Senate to take that fight to Washington.

I’m no stranger to Louisiana. I got my master’s degree from Louisiana Tech in 2007 while I was stationed at Barksdale Air Force Base near Shreveport.

Veterans like me and Luke worked to serve our country and protect democracy while career politicians like John Thune and John Kennedy joined the anti-democracy coalition.

Can I count on you to split a donation of $25 between my campaign and Luke’s campaign?

This election is our chance to fight against politicians who think they are entitled to a Senate seat for as long as they want.

Politicians like John Thune and John Kennedy are turning America into a Badland.

Taking millions in cash from drug manufacturers and big corporations and voting against the PACT Act twice goes to show how out of touch our opponents are with the communities they claim to represent.

We need 117 gifts before midnight to communicate our message to voters statewide. Will you rush $25 now to send Luke and I to Washington to fight for the middle and working class?
