Over 20 Democratic AGs are joining a coalition to support President Biden’s executive order that enabled the Department of Health and Human Services to strengthen the rights of providers to perform abortions to save lives.
AG Rob Bonta of California, AG Letitia James of New York, and a coalition of other Democratic AGs, are fighting back against indicted Texas AG Ken Paxton’s effort to shut the order down. Republican AGs like Ken Paxton are interested in stoking the flames of culture wars to draw attention to themselves. Meanwhile, Democratic AGs are invested in making sure that you and your family have the right to access the care that you need.
Dem AGs work at the local, state, and federal level to ensure that the right to an abortion is protected. For us to have as many abortion advocates as possible in office in the coming years, we need to elect as many pro-abortion rights AGs as we can in less than 100 days.
Democratic AGs truly are “The People’s Lawyers” and DAGA is the only party committee devoted to electing more of them. Since 2016, we’ve won two-thirds of our targeted races, and with more than 30 AG seats up for grabs in 2022, we need your support – will you chip in today?
