Hi there! We noticed you created an account with us using either Google or Facebook within the last year. With our recent site update, we have retired our social logins – but don’t worry, you can still log in!

Click below to reset your password using the same email address associated with the social account you used to sign up, and you’ll then be able to log in via email to see all of your favorite pets!

How to Reset Your Password

1. On any Adopt a Pet page, click the user icon on the top right navigation menu to open the Login message box.
2. On the Login box, click the Forgot Password link.
3. Fill in the email address associated with your original social account to get a reset link.
4. Create your new password!
