Inseparable is working to fundamentally improve mental health policy and show that mental health is health. Together we are fighting for a future where mental health policy, no longer an afterthought, is accessible, affordable, and helps everyone thrive. But for us to provide the changes that people want, we need to know more about the people we’re striving to serve.
Our movement comes at an unprecedented time. Throughout the country, we’ve seen children, parents, and educators navigate a new mental health crisis while our health care system continues to struggle to provide life-saving mental health treatment.
If we want to bring changes in mental health policy, we need to bring a strong social movement. Change comes when we shift the conversation around mental health and build a coalition of people who come together, but we need your help to do it.
It’s okay to not be okay. If you or someone you know needs help, call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988. Crisis Text Line also provides free, 24/7, confidential support via text message to people in crisis when they text HOME to 741741.
