So… a while back I sent out emails to some folks who had tried a newer product to see how they liked it and used it.
Just to make sure I wasn’t totally off base and using it completely differently than everyone else.
Which… I kind of was it turned out, but that’s besides the point.
I’m talking our duck fat spray.
I got an amazing reply from a top strength and conditioning coach in the country who had this to say:
“Hey Tim,
I love the Duck Fat Spray. I use it instead for all my cooking/barbequing/smoking needs when an oil is called for. I find it to be more flavorful (and as we’re slowly figuring out, healthier) in comparison to the vegetable oil counterparts. I love to use it when air frying some tater tots/fries/veggies/etc. as well as spraying down my chicken or other lean meats with some rubs before throwing it on the GMG (also purchased from you – thank you!).
Appreciate all that you do.”
I mean wow…

Turns out that a lot of folks knew it was super healthy, and a quick search on google shows tons of studies that use some big words I can’t pronounce but all say pretty much the same thing.
Duck fat is approximately 1 million times better for you than PAM or other oil sprays.*
So don’t just take it from me, take the advice of tons of people way smarter than me who went to college for health, nutrition, and other super smart stuff and actually paid attention in school.
