Inseparable joins the rest of the country in grieving the unspeakable loss of life during the mass shooting at Robb elementary school in Uvalde, Texas.
Our hearts go out to the families and school staff who are grieving the loss of at least 19 children and two adults–and to countless individuals, families and communities whose mental health has been impacted by senseless shootings.
Gun violence continues to occur and impact the lives of many every single day. Just over this Memorial Day weekend, over ten mass shootings took place across the country.
The trauma of these events is limitless. If you are struggling in the aftermath, you are not alone. Please find resources for coping at the American Psychological Foundation. Before you can take care of others, you must take care of yourself.
As we struggle with heartbreak for the many lives lost, we can show our support for those who have been affected firsthand.
The One Star Foundation in Texas is working with the First State Bank of Uvalde and the Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District to support shooting victims and their families through the Robb School Memorial Fund.
Showing support to victims and families in their time of need is so important, Peter. Any contribution helps out people who have been affected by this tragedy and allows them to get the help they need.
These times are very difficult. No matter where you are in the country the impacts are very real, especially on your mental health. Now is the time to take care of yourself and others if you can.
Thank you,
Team Inseparable
