Though we posted strong numbers in our primary election on May 3rd, we did not reach our goal of picking up the 20,000 endorsements we set out to collect ahead of the vote.
Some say that our district should be safe for Republicans in November, but with almost half the district as “new territory”, we are not taking any chances. The way people lose is to forget who they are, where they come from and who they represent. I’ve seen former colleagues make this mistake before; I made a vow to myself to never become complacent.
So, here we are once again, six months until Election Day, and if we learned anything from the Supreme Court leak last week, the entire political landscape can be changed by a single event.
Please help me reach our goal of finding 20,000 endorsements by the end of this week. We’re just 1,408 short at the moment, but we’re confident that the hill isn’t too steep.
