+ PROMOTE YOUR EVENT  Good afternoon RJ,

Hmm. Friday today is. “Talk Like Yoda Day” tomorrow is. Yesss. But if you’re not interested in rewatching the “Empire Strikes Back,” you may want to catch a concert at the Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort and Spain Tucson. The Southern Arizona Arts and Cultural Alliance is holding concerts with various artists starting tonight through the end of June.

Or you might consider volunteering at your favorite organization. The Casa Grande Alliance is looking for volunteer coaches for its Pinal Community Reentry Project. The project provides support and mentorships to people returning to the community after being incarcerated.

And if you’re looking for things to keep the kids busy during summer break, you might want to check out a sports camp. Coolidge High School coach David Glasgow is bringing back his summer basketball camps. The camps are available for kids in grades 3 – 9. But you have to hurry! The first camp sessions start on May 30.

Either way, with you this weekend may the force be. Yes, hmm.

Around Pinal this weekend…
