Good afternoon RJ,
You might want to break out the camera Sunday evening. A total lunar eclipse, or blood moon, will start around 9:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time or about 6:30 p.m. Arizona time. The eclipse will reach totality, when the moon is fully covered by the Earth’s shadow, around 8:30 p.m.
Also, if you can pick up a few extra non-perishable food items from the store while shopping for dinner tonight to help out a good cause. The National Association of Letter Carriers is holding its annual Stamp Out Hunger food drive on Saturday.
And looking for a new place to take your pooch? The city of Apache Junction and Pinal County just opened the new Dutchman Dog Park. Get more details on the park here. |
