The Casa Grande community came out in force over the weekend to support the families of two young women who were killed last week. In other news, the lead pilot involved in a Red Bull-sponsored plane-swapping stunt near Eloy that resulted in a plane crash admitted on social media that the FAA had denied him a permitfor the stunt, but that he disobeyed that denial. Read the full story.
Also, in the latest from our crime beat, a Casa Grande man accused of chasing and shooting another man in a road rage incident near Banner Casa Grande Medical Center has pleaded not guilty to aggravated assault and other related charges.
