Approximately 5,000 donor pavers are now being sorted into groups for those requiring special placement and the many that will be placed along both sides of the South Walk. Construction has started on Warriors’ Plaza and Field with the layout and marking of utilities along the South Walk with initial rough grading. Additional grading and compaction of the sub base for the South Walk is scheduled to begin in the next two weeks followed by fine grading and form work for the exposed aggregate sidewalk and the foundation work for installing the pavers along both sides of the walk. We expect this work to last 6-8 weeks depending on weather.
