For me, the Senate race in Georgia is personal. Herschel and I have a lot in common.
We were both born and raised in the South in lower income families that worked hard to make ends meet. We both were taught faith in God and a strong work ethic. And we both did ok in sports. (Well, I did ok in sports. Herschel was a little better than ok.)
Along the way, we both embraced conservative values – personal responsibility, smaller government, the sanctity of life, a free-market economy, and a strong military. And we dared to run for public office as a Republican.
The Radical Left is really concerned about losing the Senate race in Georgia, so they’re really coming after Herschel. They are calling him all the nasty names they’ve called me – just because we don’t fit the Left’s definition of what a Black candidate should be. I know what it’s like because I’ve been in his shoes.
But Herschel won’t let the Left push him around.
I appreciate how Heschel inspires young people, brings people together from all walks of life, and fights to ensure the American Dream is available for future generations. I hope you’ll agree he deserves our support.
Herschel’s race could be the most expensive Senate race in the country this year. He needs our immediate help to ensure he has adequate financial resources to win this race!
Polls in Georgia show the race is a dead heat. In fact, Herschel has a slight edge in most of them! But we all know that a lot can change when tens of millions of dollars of attack ads are flying.
