These amazing “honey barrels” are from the same batch of 6 year barrels that were blended into our award winning Hayner Rye.
After sampling them individually they were set aside for this special release. The barrels currently proof at 116.9. The barrels are perfectly balanced offering a hint of black pepper spices and finishing with a buttery maple syrup to caramel notes.
You can purchase a bottle ready to go, or you can fill your own right from the barrel. You can then cork, label and date your own bottle!
Hayner Barrel Proof Rye retails for $69.95 and are only available at our distillery location at 619 Lincoln Ave in Troy, Ohio.
