Good morning RJ,
As the demand for housing in Casa Grande and the Pinal County area continues to rise, communities like CG are facing big questions when it comes to future planned developmentswithin the city as homebuilders continue to express “high interest.”
Florence is also seeing a rise in new housing projects, leading the town to plan an early update to its development impact fees. Here’s why.
Although still awaiting a ruling from the Arizona Supreme Court regarding the legitimacy of a voter-approved, county-wide sales tax that funds the Pinal County Regional Tax Authority to develop new roads across Pinal’s communities, both the tax authority and the County have entered into a contract delegating the responsibilities of each party for the funding, design and construction of the new roads.
