1/20/1900 – The Tempe Normal football team shutout the Indian School team 17-0, to win the Arizona Foot Ball League championship, and the first Territorial Cup. Left Half Haigler scored all three TDs for Tempe. The cup was received and awarded to Tempe on 1/26/1900.
