“Today’s decision by the Supreme Court blocking Biden’s unconstitutional vaccine mandate is a huge win for as many as 80 million American’s facing job termination for choosing not to get the jab.
I am proud to have joined over 200 Republican lawmakers in filing an amicus brief with the high court challenging the Biden administration’s rule.
I would like to thank the Supreme Court for this correct ruling and listening to private businesses and employees across America who fought this profound government overreach and socialist mindlessness,” concluded Congressman Gosar.
