Parents are Not Domestic Terrorists—This Line Will Not Be Crossed
When parents across the country spoke outagainst radical indoctrination of their children in schools, including teaching anti-white propaganda and racial self-hating, the National School Boards Association (NSBA) promptly labelled them domestic terrorists. This communist-oriented association then wrote a letter to Mr. Biden calling on him to involve federal law enforcement to harass and intimidate parents who do not want their children taught racist drivel. In response, Mr. Biden’s administration quickly directed the Federal Bureau of Investigation to silence moms and dads who are exercising their First Amendment rights to oppose school policies that teach hate, racial division and lies. This cannot stand and I won’t tolerate it.
It won’t shock faithful Gosar Newsletter readers to learn that widespread reports have now surfaced that Mr. Biden’s staff coordinated with the NSBA in drafting their letter before it was sent to the White House. This is quite troubling given the NSBA is responsible for developing our country’s school curriculum.
Parents’ voices deserved to be heard. They have every constitutional right to speak on behalf of their children’s education. Congress must investigate why Mr. Biden felt this threatening policy was necessary and what role his administration played in helping draft the letter asking the Department of Justice and the FBI to harass and silence concerned moms and dads.
In response, I joined my Republican colleagues on the House Oversight and Reform Committee demanding answers to why Mr. Biden is targeting individuals in retaliation for disagreeing with his radical, Marxist agenda.

Infrastructure, What infrastructure?
Late this week, I voted against the Democrats’ phony $1.2 TRILLION “infrastructure” legislation. This massive bill has almost no actual infrastructure included and was dropped on Congress with no time to read it, understand it, or debate it.
This bill only serves to advance the America Last’s socialist agenda, while completely lacking fiscal responsibility. Less than 9% of the $1.2 trillion price tag goes towards roads, bridges and major projects defined as infrastructure. Instead, the majority (91%) goes to special interest handouts and ridiculous socialist policies that will continue to make our great country second rate. The bill also imposes new taxes, which is completely unacceptable. Americans are overtaxed already, and Congress should be eliminating and reducing taxes. At the same time, this costly bill adds another $400 billion to the deficit.
Unbelievably this massive waste of money could not pass the House on the strength of the Democrat majority. It took 13 Republicans to join the Democrats to pass this socialist waste of money. The Republican conference has members who are not part of the America First movement and who actively undermine our conservative efforts.
Gosar Introduces Resolution to Terminate Vaccine Mandates
This week, following Mr. Biden’s recent vaccine mandate decree, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issued a rule to implement Mr. Biden’s vaccine mandate. The rule requires private employers with 100 or more employees to mandate vaccines or testing at their workplace.
Mr. Biden lied to the American people when he previously said “I don’t think the vaccine should be mandatory. I would not demand it to be mandatory.” For months, Mr. Biden said he did not have the power to impose nationwide vaccine mandates, saying such actions would be unprecedented, likely illegal, and an invasion of privacy.

Now that Mr. Biden has reneged on that promise, nurses in my district are being laid off, causing hospitals to be short-staffed. Wildland firefighters and border patrol agents, who risk their lives, must now choose between their own personal health or being fired. With his unconstitutional OSHA employer vaccine mandate announced yesterday, Mr. Biden is putting our community further at risk, punishing hard-working Americans and encroaching on our freedoms.

Biden’s vaccine mandate will be costly to employees and small businesses in my district. Under the mandate, small businesses will have to pay thousands of dollars each week to pay for COVID-19 testing or face fines as much as $136,000.
In response, I introduced a joint resolution to terminate the OSHA vaccine rule. This is radical government overreach. As I have stated several times, there is nothing in the Constitution or the law granting the federal government the power to force anyone to inject medicine into their body as a condition of employment. The decision to get jabbed is a choice best made between a physician and the patient.
Mr. Biden’s decision mandating that Americans take a COVID-19 shot is dangerous, illegal, unconstitutional and a gross infringement on individual liberty.

Biden’s Border Crisis is Intentional
Sadly, we know the numbers: 192,000 illegal aliens were apprehended crossing the southern border in September. Because of Mr. Biden’s perilous open border policies, we are on pace to allow 2.3 million law breakers cross into our country this year. These numbers are staggering, shocking and heartbreaking.
The Biden administration has not released October illegal border crossing numbers yet, but we can expect that it will be just as bad, maybe worse. In fact, a caravan of illegal aliens, numbering in the tens of thousands, is heading to the southern border. No doubt this will only worsen the dire crisis at the border. The number in the caravan is so large that Mexican law enforcement officials have been powerless to stop it.

Mr. Biden’s intentional decision to dismantle President Trump’s successful immigration policies has led to this outright invasion along the southern border. His administration has knowingly and purposely stripped the Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s ability to effectively enforce America’s immigration laws. Our embattled ICE officials have no enforcement authority, yet their lives are in extreme jeopardy as illegal aliens, drug coyotes and human traffickers make their way across the border by the thousands.
In response, I joined several Republican colleagues demanding the Department of Homeland Security to enforce our immigration laws and rescind several directives to eviscerate ICE’s ability to protect our southern border.

Build Back Border Wall? I Wish. Instead: AMNESTY!
Our nation is facing the largest border security crisis in history, yet the latest version of Mr. Biden’s reckless, $4 trillion dollar spending proposal includes more than $100 billion for free college tuition and amnesty for millions of illegal aliens already in our country. The bill also seeks to expand benefits to these lawbreakers. For example, the legislation eliminates the need for a social security number to demonstrate eligibility for child tax credits and other benefits. I sent a letter to Nancy Pelosi and Senator Schumer this week demanding they remove from Biden’s Build Back Batter legislation any policies that will incentivize more illegal immigration, including any form of amnesty, tax credits or other benefits for illegal aliens.
The Build Back Better plan further encourages, indeed welcomes, law breakers into our country. Amnesty for illegal aliens is sufficient reason to oppose Mr. Biden’s radical, far-left spending proposal. I will be voting against this reckless piece of trash.

On a related and egregious note, as noted in last week’s newsletter, Mr. Biden has made known his intention to dole out $450,000 to illegal aliens as an apology for President Trump’s decision to enforce our immigration laws. Giving $450,000 to illegal aliens is outrageous. Strike that, it’s damn wrong!
This week, I cosponsored the Illegal Immigration Payoff Prohibition Act to prevent the Biden administration from making payments to lawbreakers who illegally entered our country.
