We’re Taking Action to Save More Pet Lives!Recently, Petco Love announced our commitment to donate 1 million free pet vaccines to our animal welfare partners to help community pets in need. Too many of our pets and shelters are being impacted by deadly, preventable diseases — parvovirus, distemper in dogs, and panleukopenia in cats.

We know how important foster volunteers are to your lifesaving mission.
Researchers at Michigan State University are helping shelters and rescues retain foster volunteers and improve the experience for both the fosters and their dogs. Share this survey with your dog foster volunteers to further research on foster care.

$1 Million in Love Stories Grant Awards Available
This Holiday Season, we’ll have 100 opportunities available for your organization to be recognized.
Adopters can submit their Love Stories about how their adopted pets change their lives through Sept. 20 at petcolove.org/lovestory.
Every story submitted will give your organization a chance to earn up to $100,000 in lifesaving funds and additional grant awards!
In August, Petco Love celebrates Home for Good Dog Rescue as our surprise $1,000 grant winner. You can:
- Highlight past winners with customizable social media graphics

You can help to protect the pets in your community by encouraging pet parents to upload a photo of their pet to Petco Love Lost before a disaster happens!

Organizations eligible to complete this application for support include:
- Animal control agencies and non-profit organizations responsible for animal control sheltering.
- SPCA/humane societies and other non-profits that operate primarily out of an animal sheltering facility.
- Non-profit organizations that are primarily foster-based rescues.
