WASHINGTON D.C. – Representative Paul A. Gosar, D.D.S. (AZ-04) issued the following statement in response to the U.S. Department of Transportation’s decision to award $7,145,060 to the City of Lake Havasu City to reconstruct the taxiway and taxiway lighting at the Lake Havasu City Municipal Airport.
“I am pleased to announce that the City of Lake Havasu City will receive this critical funding to reconstruct the taxiway and taxiway lighting at the Lake Havasu City Municipal Airport. This funding is essential to maintaining reliable air service to the community and growing surrounding area, including critical air transport services to those needing emergency medical assistance,” said Rep. Gosar.
