AWLA

There are more than 70 animals at AWLA waiting for a loving home, but below are just a handful!

We are very excited to share that AWLA is now open to the public again! Potential adopters no longer need to make an appointment to meet our in-shelter pets — just stop by during business hours and make sure to review the updated adoption processes.

Blanche believes that age ain’t nothing but a number – even though she’s a golden gal she still loves to go for walks, play with toys, and work on her puzzle feeder!Jagger

Jagger’s got the moves! If this guy isn’t gazing out of the window watching the birds, he is giving headbutts to his people or playing with a catnip toy.  Bao

Myles is a goofy, playful, and VERY smart boy who loves adventure! He loves making new friends and is always happy to sit on the couch next to you…or in your lap if you’ll let him! Summer
1 year old

Summer is a gorgeous yellow parakeet who is looking for a home of her own, hopefully with another parakeet or two!Bowie
