Red Blends from Paso Robles, Central Coast, California
Savory varietal notes of Cabernet Sauvignon are layered with the dark fruit and spice character of Petite Sirah. The bouquet of cocoa powder, caramel, and anise works in harmony with the black cherry fruit signature of this wine. Bright and focused on the palate with a firm and appetizing finish.
Sauvignon Blanc from Adelaida District, Paso Robles, Central Coast, California
The 2019 DAOU Estate Sauvignon Blanc exemplifies how this classic Bordeaux variety excels on DAOU Mountain. The chalky soils of DAOU Mountain give this wine loads of minerality on the palate while concentrated aromas of stone fruits, guava, kiwi and citrus blossom travel through the glass to enrich your nose. A touch of Semillon works in harmony with the Sauvignon Blanc, adding complexity and dimension. Full-bodied yet balanced, this wine provides for a complete experience with an impressively long finish
Pinot Noir from Sonoma Coast, Sonoma County, California
This 100% Pinot Noir cuvee reflects the cool microclimate of the Sonoma Coast AVA, selected from vineyards in the western portion of Carneros and the Petaluma Gap. The cool windy climate and low yield of these vineyards allow Pinot Noir grapes to mature slowly while retaining their natural acidity, with bright flavors of red cherries, raspberries and spice. We showcase the elegant side of Pinot Noir by aging in large neutral oak casks and older French oak barrels to keep new oak flavors to a minimum. Lively acidity on the finish makes it an ideal accompaniment to grilled fish and fowl or barbecued meats.
Broad and expansive on the palate, bestowing lush and generous flavors of black cherry, blueberry, creme de cassis and damp forest floor. Notes of lavender, anise and black olives complement the rich fruit. Massive in weight yet elegantly structured, this wine is a powerhouse that reveals itself in controlled stages .
This wine is delightfully fragrant and floral, showing lovely aromas of fresh strawberry, sliced peach, and watermelon with nuances of hibiscus, cherry and clover honey. The palate is refreshingly crisp yet lusciously smooth, revealing juicy flavors of nectarine, orange, strawberry parfait, and golden delicious apple. These primary flavors are underlain by plush, pleasing notes of papaya and honeydew melon, accented with a suggestion of rosehip tea. A long, clean finish lingers with impressions of peach, citrus zest and Barbados cherry.
Rhone White Blend from Rutherford, Napa Valley, California
Blancaneaux shows an intricate array of aromas, ranging from attractive floral scents of jasmine and acacia to fruitiness in the form of white peach and ripe Meyer lemon zest. While its structure is round and medium-bodied, the wine retains compelling freshness as it evolves throughout an extended finish.
The 2017 Affinity Cabernet is gorgeous, with up-front ripe and plummy fruit. The older vines at La Londe Vineyard deliver lovely, ripe red cherry and raspberry jam on the palate, with hints of vanilla and sweet spice rounding out this wine`s inviting personality. This release shows well upon release with a beautiful, inherent suppleness, but a year or two (or a decade) of cellar time will help the wine show its best. Blend: 77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petite Verdot, 7% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc, 4% Malbec. This subtly tarry blend of cabernet sauvignon with merlot, cabernet franc, malbec and petit verdot, offers a nicely resolved array of blackcurrant aromas and flavors with fine and fresh tannins. Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles, Central Coast, California
The 2018 DAOU Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a shining example of world-class Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles. This wine`s magnificent nose is quintessential Cabernet Sauvignon, offering scents of dark chocolate, licorice, blackberries and cured meats with a touch of cedar. The palate delivers an explosion of fresh, dark berry fruits. Flavors of blackberry, juicy black cherry, cassis and cocoa are underscored by lovely accents of blueberry and raspberry.
Chardonnay from Sonoma Coast, Sonoma County, California
Intense and fresh aromas of citrus and white flower are balanced with pure fruit flavors and chalky texture. Delicate oak notes are combined with a persistent acidity, minty graphite in the palate, leading to a refined, long and juicy finish.
Chardonnay from Russian River, Sonoma County, California
A vintage defined by its crispness, vibrancy and freshness. Pretty aromas of honeysuckle, lemon blossom and Fuji apple spring from the glass. The palate boasts bright, lively layers of citrus with a hint of oak and creaminess from careful barrel aging and batonnage.
